Funeral Arrangements For Angie Stone

The untimely passing of Angie Stone on March 1, 2025, hit me hard. My heart is so broken. She was one of the artists who I followed since the beginning of her career and whom I admired. She inspired me to sing, and I was honored with the opportunity to interview her son Swayvo Twain on ‘On The Move Unscripted’. My heart goes out to her family, friends, and fans. She will be missed. Her music and legacy will live on forever as the Queen of Neo Soul. Don’t just stream her music, go out and buy her album.
Her funeral arrangements have been announced:
Word of Faith Cathedral on Riverside Parkway in Austell will host the first Celebration of Life on Friday, March 14, at 11 a.m.
A public viewing is scheduled for Saturday, March 15, from noon to 2 p.m. at First Nazareth Baptist Church in Columbia, South Carolina.
The second Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 15, at 2 p.m. at First Nazareth Baptist Church in Columbia, South Carolina.
